These terms describe responsible use of the PikoShield app, website, licenses and network service.
Service status
PikoShield is currently in final testing and is not yet a generally available commercial service. Features, plans, servers and availability may change before public release.
Responsible use
You may use PikoShield only for lawful purposes. You must not use the service for fraud, malware, unauthorized access, harassment, spam, exploitation, infringement or activity that harms other people, networks or services.
Licenses and devices
A license may have a duration, data allowance, device limit and access tier. You are responsible for keeping your license confidential. Access can be suspended or revoked for abuse, fraud, unauthorized resale or material breach of these terms.
Availability
We work to provide reliable access but do not guarantee that every server, network or destination will always be available. Maintenance, upstream failures, censorship, device restrictions and events outside our control can interrupt service.
Updates and security
You may be required to install a security or compatibility update. Download PikoShield only from an official link published on pikoshield.com. Modified and unofficial APKs are not supported.
Plans, renewals and refunds
Final commercial terms, accepted payment methods, renewal rules and refund policy will be displayed before public sales begin. No public offer is made by this pre-release website.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PikoShield is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be announced through the website or app before they take effect.
