PikoShield is designed to protect your connection. We do not sell your personal information, browsing history, device bandwidth or residential IP address.
Information we process
To operate the service, PikoShield may process a privacy-preserving installation identifier, app version, device label supplied by the operating system, license and plan status, connection session totals, server selection, diagnostic results, security events and messages you choose to read or dismiss.
VPN traffic
VPN traffic passes through the server you select so the service can provide connectivity. PikoShield is not designed to record the content of your browsing, DNS query history or the contents of communications. Server providers and infrastructure may still process limited technical data required to operate and secure their networks.
Licensing and usage allowance
If you activate a license, the service associates it with authorized devices and may record cumulative upload/download totals needed to enforce a purchased data allowance. These totals are service accounting—not browsing history.
Security and operations
We retain limited operational and security records to prevent abuse, protect accounts, diagnose failures and meet legal obligations. Secrets, full VPN configurations and complete license keys are not intentionally included in routine logs.
Third parties
PikoShield relies on hosting, network and infrastructure providers to deliver the service. Before any advertising or analytics service is introduced, this policy and the app’s consent controls will be updated. PikoShield does not currently use a bandwidth-sharing or residential-proxy monetization SDK.
Your choices
You may disconnect at any time, remove a stored license from your device, manage other authorized devices where available, and contact support to request access, correction or deletion of eligible account data.
Children
PikoShield is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes and contact
This pre-release policy may be refined before public distribution. Material changes will be communicated in the app or on this website. Official privacy contact details will be published before the signed public release.
